The only limitation Beach Computers puts on resellers is that they are not allowed to say they have created or own the Control Panel, web mail system or any other part of the services.

How would my customers access the Control Panel?
Your customer will be able to access your branded control panel by visiting http://www.yourdomain.com/admin or http://www.yourdomain.com:8077.

Can I limit the features my customers see in the Control Panel?
Yes. You can remove many of the features in the Control Panel to give certain customers limited access. This is especially helpful if you do not want customers to be able to change certain information that may disable or harm their website (like DNS Zone Administration).

Support

You will provide all support to your clients. We will have no direct contact with your clients.

Don't worry - we will answer any server related support questions you may have and you'll be able to answer directly to your client.

Billing

You will need to provide direct billing to your customers.

We will bill you for all your reseller accounts, but you are responsible for billing your customers.

Term and Policies

All resold accounts must follow our terms and policies.

As a reseller you must make sure that your clients are following these terms and policies.

We reserve the right to terminate any resold account or reseller for the violation of these terms and policies.

Content Rights

All content on our website is copyrighted.

However, as a reseller you will be permitted to use the contents for reference.

Your site must not appear the same in design as our site(s) or use graphics from our website.

Your site content must avoid any similarity to our site(s).

How to place orders

It's simple, once your application has been approved, you will be provided with a reseller ID and URL.

You will then use your reseller ID  and URL to place your orders with Beach Computers.

Once your order has been processed and approved, you may setup your client using your branded control panel.

Requirements

Reseller requirements are basic and easy.

You will need to have a minimum of 10 accounts in good standing before you can apply to become a reseller.

Restrictions

Your site must not appear the same in design as our site(s).

Your site content must avoid any similarity to our site(s).

You must maintain a minimum of 10 accounts at all times.

Reseller space can not be resold using sub domains.

Our reseller program is currently available to US based customers only.

The Personal plan is not available as a discounted reseller plan and will be charged at regular price.
