If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason caused by our negligence, you will receive a full refund (minus setup, overage, and other applicable charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of your order being placed.

This refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to POP accounts, ODBC, Dedicated IPs, Real Audio/Video and SSL.

No refunds are available after first 30 days of your order being placed.

Please review section 10.5 of the Beach Computers Terms Of Service for details on applicable account cancellation rules.

Under no circumstances will cancellations be accepted via informal electronic mail or oral notification via telephone calls to our offices.

To cancel your account within 30 days of your order being placed, please fill out our Refund Form.

 

After 30 days of your order being placed :

To cancel your account past 30 days of your order being placed, you must mail your cancellation request.
